TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Scantra.ai DBA Scantra, a software product of Violet Organization, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 81-3855319), located at 210 Lake Dr E, Cherry Hill, NJ 08002. By accessing our website or purchasing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Section I. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into binding contracts
- If acting on behalf of a business, you represent you have authority to bind that entity
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use
Section II. SERVICES DESCRIPTION
Scantra.ai DBA Scantra provides SEO analysis, compliance auditing, keyword research, backlink analysis, technical SEO tools, reporting dashboards, and related digital marketing services. Specific features depend on your selected subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify Services with reasonable notice.
Section III. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & PAYMENT
- Services are offered on monthly or annual subscription bases
- All fees are stated in USD, exclusive of applicable taxes, and due in advance
- You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 5-business-day grace period
- We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing subscribers
Section IV. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services to engage in or facilitate illegal activities
- Engage in black-hat SEO, link spam, cloaking, or practices violating search engine guidelines
- Scrape or harvest data from third-party websites without authorization
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or third-party systems
- Transmit malicious code, viruses, or disruptive data
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our Services without written permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our platform
Section V. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All platform content, tools, methodologies, algorithms, and source code are owned by or licensed to Scantra.ai DBA Scantra. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own business purposes during your subscription term.
Section VI. SEO RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes. SEO is subject to numerous factors outside our control.
Section VII. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Section VIII. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Scantra and its officers, directors, and employees from claims arising from your use of Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.
Section IX. TERMINATION
- Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice
- We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach
- Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 60 days
Section X. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA. Disputes shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation; if unresolved within 30 days, resolved through binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO CLASS ACTION PROCEEDINGS.
European Union & United Kingdom
EU/UK consumers retain a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts unless digital service delivery has commenced with prior consent. Statutory consumer rights under EU/UK law are not affected by these Terms.
Canada
Quebec residents have rights under the Consumer Protection Act. French-language documentation available on request. Distance contract rules under provincial law apply.
Brazil
Brazilian consumers have a 7-day right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely under the Consumer Defense Code (CDC).
California, USA
California's Automatic Renewal Law (ARL) applies. Renewal terms are clearly disclosed at checkout and in pre-renewal notices sent at least 3 days (monthly) or 30 days (annual) before billing.
Australia
Our Services come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010.
Section XI. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- Entire Agreement: These Terms plus our Privacy Policy, EULA, Cookie Policy, and Refund Policy constitute the full agreement
- Severability: Unenforceable provisions do not affect remaining provisions
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our written consent
- Notices: Legal notices must be sent to Info@scantra.ai
